In 2020/2021, as part of her PhD in Politics at the University of Cambridge, Andrea Filipi was granted a Wiener-Anspach doctoral fellowship to carry out her research on “’People Power’ or elite Struggle? Untangling the Politics of Burundi’s 2015 Protests” at the Université libre de Bruxelles, under the supervision of Prof. Marie-Soleil Frère (Faculty of Letters, Translation and Communication) and Prof. Elisa Lopez-Lucia (Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences).
