The W.J. Ganshof van der Meersch Prize was created in 1994 to honour the memory of Professor W. J. Ganshof van der Meersch and celebrate his contribution to Belgian and European Constitutional Law as well as the decisive role he played in the development of the Foundation.
The prize rewards the merits of a student with an exemplary academic record and who earned their Master of Law degree at the ULB, specializing in public and international law.
