In 2018-2019 Loïc Borgies, PhD student in History at the ULB, was granted a Wiener-Anspach doctoral fellowship to undertake part of his research titled “The ideological foundation of the Augustan Principate Compared to the Qin and Huan Empires” under the supervision of Prof. Nicholas Purcell (Faculty of Classics, University of Oxford).
