In 2021/2022 Julien Pomarède, PhD in Social and Political Sciences (ULB), was granted a postdotoral fellowship to undertake a research project entitled “The militarization of mobility control after 9/11: The rise of ‘mobility warfare’ at NATO”, under the supervision of Prof. Andrea Ruggeri (Department of Politics and International Relations, University of Oxford).
