Mads Andenas – Who will supervise banks in Europe?

Chair 2002 – 2003

In 2002-2003 the chair was held by Professor Mads Andenas, Director of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law in London and Senior Teaching Fellow in European Community Law at the Institute of European and Comparative Law, University of Oxford. He was invited on the recommendation of Dr Marianne Dony, Director of the Law section of the Institute for European studies.

The opening lecture, delivered on February 3, 2003, was entitled: “Who will supervise Banks in Europe?”.
