Marius Gilbert, Head of the Spatial Epidemiology Lab (SpELL) at the ULB, was a Wiener-Anspach fellow from 1995 to 1997, when he carried out part of his doctoral research at the University of Oxford, under the supervision of Prof. Martin Speight (Department of Zoology).
A sought-after expert since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Dr Gilbert will give an online lecture entitled “Epidemiology of the instant: From data analysis to communication to decision-making during the Covid-19 crisis” (in French) on Saturday 6 February.
