The Fondation Philippe Wiener – Maurice Anspach (FWA) is a Belgian public interest organisation, whose aim is to help foster academic exchanges between the Université libre de Bruxelles and the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford.
Our Foundation awards doctoral fellowships to Oxbridge students wishing to spend up to one year at the Université libre de Bruxelles (and vice versa).
Deadline for applications: Monday 1 December 2025.
ULB students can also apply for postgraduate fellowships to go to Oxbridge.
